Military Spouse Appreciation Luncheon 2017

Commanding Officers from military commands across Escambia County, nominate one of their active duty Service Member’s spouse, who has had a significant impact in support of the command and its military mission.  The Pensacola Council Navy League then coordinates with local government officials to establish a Military Spouse Appreciation Day to honor each nominee. The nominees are celebrated during a lunch ceremony, held in May. The Guest Speaker was Mrs Catherine Martin wife of NASP Commanding Officer CAPT Chris Martin USN .The Master of Ceremonies was Ms Sue Straughn from WEAR TV-3.
